Why LoopUP
Why LoopUP
We built LoopUP because the same few things keep going wrong on token launchpads. Each one below is something we saw, and the rule LoopUP uses instead.
1. Liquidity gets pulled
The problem. A token looks healthy until whoever controls the pool removes the liquidity, and holders are left with something nobody can buy.
Our fix. When a token graduates, its pool liquidity goes into a locker contract that has no withdraw function. Nobody can take it out: not the creator, not a KOL, not us.
2. Bots take the first block
The problem. Sniper bots buy the first seconds of every launch and sell into the people who arrive a moment later.
Our fix. Every token starts on a bonding curve with an anti-sniper buy tax that is highest at launch and falls to zero over the curve's window. The creator can buy in the same transaction as the launch, so nobody gets in between.
3. KOLs get paid to shill, not to be right
The problem. Promotion is paid up front, in private. The KOL is paid whether the token does well or not, and nobody can check their record.
Our fix. On LoopUP a KOL earns only from trading in the tokens they call, for 48 hours after the call, and earlier calls weigh more. Selling or moving the token ends the call, so a KOL cannot keep earning from a token they have dumped. Every call is public with the market cap at the time, so anyone can see what happened after.
4. Creators have no reason to stay
The problem. A creator earns once, at launch, so the best move is often to sell and leave.
Our fix. The creator earns a share of every trade for as long as the token trades, so the token doing well over time is what pays them.
5. Fees disappear
The problem. Platforms take fees and nobody can see where they go.
Our fix. The fee is fixed in the contract and split the same way on every trade (see Fees). Part of it buys and burns $LOOP, and every burn, payout and team wallet is listed on the Transparency page with its transaction.
